Self Defence Training For Girls | MPUAT, Udaipur

The Directorate Of student Welfare in association with Central Students Union, MPUAT , Udaipur has organised 15 days Self Defence Training Programme for girl students with an objective to gift confident lifestyle to girls. The training programme was commenced on 16th October’ 2015 and will last till 30th October’ 2015 . The training is being held every morning from 8 to 9 at Home Science College Ground. Girl Students are participating in this programme with great zeal and enthusiasm.

Day 1 of the training was commenced with an induction seminar on Martial Arts where Honourable Sir¬†Renshi Rajkumar Ji Menaria highlighted the importance of Martial Arts in day to day life. He shared with the students that , ” Martial Arts is just 5% of physical power and is 95% of intellect. Nature wants that their beloved children must be happy and god has special plans for everyone. Martial Arts helps us to live a life of confidence and also helps in achieving our maximum potential. ”¬†

This training programme is named as “SWAYAM-RAKSHYAM”, an international women self-defence program originated in USA and is founded and directed by Sir Renshi Rajkumar Ji. He holds Black Belt (Go-Daan) Karate (Japan), Black Belt (San-Daan) Kudo (Japan), Black Belt (Sho-Daan) Judo(Japan) and is also awarded by President Of India.
